Announcing Flow-Cal’s 19th Annual Users Group Conference
Flow-Cal, Inc. will hold their 19th annual Flow-Cal Users Group conference October 22–25, 2018, in Galveston, Texas. This year, the Flow-Cal Users Group returns to The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center for the first time since hosting their 12th annual event there in 2011.
This four-day conference includes educational sessions, case studies, roundtable discussions, and networking events focused on Flow-Cal’s product line and best practices in the measurement industry. Sessions will feature Flow-Cal’s latest releases, including FLOWCAL 10 and TESTit 3, as well as application updates that help accommodate recent changes to Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regulations.
Sessions will be presented by a team of Flow-Cal subject matter experts who are well-versed in field, office and IT procedures, industry standards, and Flow-Cal applications. The conference will also include several industry instructors from Flow-Cal’s user community, providing information on practical application and effective use of the Flow-Cal suite of products.
“Each year, we are excited to host our annual conference to showcase our latest initiatives and offer a valuable training experience for our users,” says Mike Squyres, Flow-Cal’s President. “We work closely with our Flow-Cal Advisory Board (FAB-8) to prepare the curriculum for this event, allowing us to offer topics and sessions that are hand-selected by representatives of the community. No other measurement conference is able to provide a training opportunity as unique as the Flow-Cal Users Group.”
The annual Flow-Cal Users Group provides a forum for sharing practical information to help companies streamline operations and create efficiency throughout their organizations. This year, Flow-Cal is expecting to host more than 300 measurement professionals from leading production, pipeline, midstream and LDC companies throughout the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
In 2019, Flow-Cal will celebrate their 20th anniversary of the annual Users Group conference in San Diego, California.
